Are you a proven sales leader in the European solar industry? Do you have extensive experience and a strong network in the utility-scale market? Are you looking for an opportunity to shape and drive strategy in a high-growth environment?

This company has been a key player in the solar industry for years, but recent growth has propelled them to become one of the top global PV tracker manufacturers. 2025 is already shaping up to be their best year yet, with 1.5GW signed already. As VP Sales, you’ll be stepping in at a pivotal time to drive further expansion in their largest and most strategic region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership – Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies.
  • Revenue Growth – Drive new business and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Management – Oversee and optimize the sales function.
  • Market Expansion – Identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Team & Organizational Development – Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
  • Customer Relationships – Build and maintain strong partnerships across the industry.

The Opportunity

  • Location: Germany or Spain (flexible).
  • Compensation: Targeting around €250k (incl. bonus)
  • Growth Potential: Join a company on a steep upward trajectory with significant market momentum.

Your Profile

  • Must have a strong sales leadership background in utility-scale solar.
  • Experience in PV trackers is a plus, but a background in construction/project-focused sales will also be considered.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to implement structures, processes, and growth strategies.
