“Joining a start-up is too risky”

This is a common thought when looking at new players in the market. What if you could join a start-up and have all that excitement and fast growth but without the risks you might normally find?

That’s the case here… Our client is part of larger group of companies operating in the German solar business for decades. They have now launched an electrical balance of systems (eBOS) company which manufacture and engineer a range of solutions for the PV, BESS and Grid markets.

With 30 hires initially, you can be assured of a very fast growth environment and the opportunity of being one of the first in – having a chance to bring your ideas to the table and realise your own visions 🤩

They have ambitious (but realistic) targets to hit €100m per year. To achieve that, the right salespeople are required. We’re looking for a Senior Sales / Key Account Manager.

Tasks:

• You are responsible for the development of long-term customer relationships in Germany and other selected international markets
• Advise and sell our holistic product portfolio to strategic partners (energy suppliers, project developers / EPCs, manufacturers)
• You observe the market and competition and thus develop a sure instinct for new sales markets
• Get involved in the conception, implementation and evaluation of sales campaigns to acquire new customers

Do you have a proven track record in Solar PV sales? Well-established relationships with the energy suppliers/EPCs/developers? Used to a technically focused solution sell? Then we could have a very good fit…

Package will very much be dependant on experience. There is even scope to come in at Director level for the right person. Hybrid or fully remote available.
