Well how about joining one of the fastest growing BESS companies in the world as they ramp up their operations across Europe?

Their target is to be one of Europe’s top-3 fully integrated solution providers – they design, manufacture, deploy, and service storage equipment from residential to utility-scale. Initially, there are 3 target regions, and we are looking for a Sales Director in each (Italy, Germany and Benelux).

Right now, however, Italy is the main focus. You’ll be the “first one in” so have a huge opportunity to create something from the ground up. You’ll look to build a small sales support team, but it will be down to you to “roll your sleeves up” and drive the sales and business development in the region targeting the distributors, installation partners/EPCs, IPPs and developers.

This is a company with a very strong product offering and brand. They’re already experiencing a lot of success in Europe and now want to take this to the next level 📈

We’re looking for someone with a suitably senior profile; 10+ years in solar / storage sales in Italy and with extensive networks in the target customer base. You might also be coming from the side of the developer.

Role is fully remote as there is no office in Italy yet (though the legal entity will be in place soon). Salary circa €120k – €140k with commission tied to revenue 💰
