At Rebalance Recruitment we believe if you want to make a change, you have to be pro-active and lead from the front. That’s how we have built the success of our business within renewable energy recruitment.
We want to give something back to the environment, to minimise and help reverse the impacts that years of fossil fuel use and the industrial revolution has caused to our planet. The time has come where it is too late for all of us to be spectators in the future of our world. The time has come where it is our duty to make the change that we want and need to see. Working together we can drive the transition to renewable energy and use some of the money to protect our planet for current and future generations.
Our 2020 charity partner
We are proud to announce that our charity partner for 2020 is Renewable World; a global charity that leads in developing and deploying effective ways of bringing renewable energy at scale to poor communities, empowering them to achieve sustainable and resilient livelihoods.
We love that their ethos and values mirror that of our own, and we’re excited to be supporting them in their mission to bring sustainable power to the people in the world that need it the most.
By working with us so far, you have helped save over 2702 acres of Peru's Amazon rainforest
Previous charities & donations
We commit a percentage of our profit annually to support environmental charities and incentivise employees to make green choices in their everyday lives. We have supported a number of great charities over the years; charities that make a huge difference and impact to the communities that they support.
The rainforest trust has been protecting rainforests for over 30 years and their mission remains the same.
“With every acre, we’ve grown in scale, scope and determination. We’ve already helped protect over 23 million acres around the world and have millions of acres in the pipeline. By 2020, we aim to be working toward the security of 50 million acres”
Amazon Watch is a nonprofit organization founded in 1996 to protect the rainforest and advance the rights of indigenous peoples in the Amazon Basin. We partner with indigenous and environmental organizations in campaigns for human rights, corporate accountability and the preservation of the Amazon’s ecological systems.
